Job Summary
Hyperia is looking for a Fiber Field Engineer with strong fibre deployment and maintenance experience across splicing, path loss, FTTH and field troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
Install, splice, test and maintain fibre infrastructure for client and network deployments.
Perform fibre troubleshooting, path-loss analysis and FTTH support activities.
Support fibre route work, handover documentation and quality checks.
Collaborate with NOC and field teams to restore fibre-related incidents.
Requirements
3 to 4 years of experience in telecoms or an internet service provider environment.
Engineering qualification in Telecom, Computer Science or IT is preferred.
Good experience with fibre, splicing, path loss, FTTH and field testing tools.
Strong attention to detail and field safety practices.
