Job Summary
Hyperia is hiring a Field Engineer to support installation, field maintenance, service restoration and client-site technical operations for telecoms and ISP infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out site surveys, installations, maintenance and service restoration activities.
Troubleshoot last-mile connectivity, customer-premise equipment and field faults.
Coordinate with NOC teams to close incidents and restore service quickly.
Prepare site reports, field updates and technical documentation.
Requirements
3 to 4 years of experience in telecoms or an internet service provider environment.
Engineering qualification in Telecom, Computer Science or IT is preferred.
Strong practical troubleshooting skills and readiness for field operations.
Ability to work safely, independently and accurately at client sites.
