Job Summary
The Network Operations Engineer will support network monitoring, operations, troubleshooting, service reliability and technical support across Hyperia's telecoms and ISP infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor, manage and maintain network performance across Hyperia's enterprise client infrastructure.
Respond to network incidents, faults and service disruptions promptly and accurately.
Collaborate with field engineers and technical teams to resolve connectivity issues.
Document incidents, escalations, resolutions and recurring performance trends.
Support proactive service-quality improvement across the NOC environment.
Requirements
3 to 4 years of experience in telecoms or an internet service provider environment.
Engineering qualification in Telecom, Computer Science or IT is preferred.
Hands-on experience with ISP-grade network monitoring and troubleshooting.
Strong analytical, documentation and escalation-management skills.
